Before founding LM2 Consulting, Lisa built an accomplished career in financial services, including leadership roles at Morgan Stanley and earlier experience as a Registered Investment Associate and Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. That foundation gives her a strong understanding of high-performance environments, client trust, leadership under pressure, and the real-world demands professionals face as they grow.
